About the design
Each case is sized from its board's own drawings, so the USB and power openings line up and take moulded cable plugs, each framed in one wall below the seam. The lid snaps onto two clips hidden inside the base and lifts off at a thumb notch, and the reset and boot buttons flex in the lid itself. Small windows show the LEDs, a framed grille lets the board breathe, and the Uno has a second lid open over its headers. Boards with header pins sit on slotted rails, nothing needs supports, and the only screws are the Uno's own four.

The layout (a snap lid, buttons that flex in the lid and one framed grille) follows PLAUK's ESP32-WROOM-32 (USB-C) Box with Lid (https://makerworld.com/en/models/186291, CC BY 4.0). Every case is rebuilt from its board's drawings, and no file of PLAUK's is used.
