About the design
An arming sword measured from the scan of Moonbrand, a real sword of about 1300, with its tapering blade, curved crossguard and wheel pommel. Its blade prints in segments standing on an edge, so the faces come out as smooth walls and the layers run the length of the blade. The segments join with half-lap joints, and a fibreglass rod runs from the pommel through every joint to near the point, so the blade cannot wobble and holds no metal. The edges are blunt flats and the point ends in a blunt nose, as convention prop rules ask. The guard and the pommel each print as two halves that glue together round the blade and the grip. The wand is turned and carved, with a lobed pommel, a grip wrapped in a twisted rope and a fluted shaft that twists to a blunt bead. Its handle and shaft each print standing on a wide face inside the gold collar and join on a printed pin.

The sword's blade outline, crossguard, grip and wheel pommel are measured from "Moonbrand (Early 14th C Arming Sword)" by The Oakeshott Institute (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/moonbrand-early-14th-c-arming-sword-80fa91fc8c974fd0acd2a55cc513edec), licensed CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). I changed it to print: the blade is thicker with a rod channel and a blunt nose, it splits into lap-jointed segments, the grip is longer, and the guard and pommel split into halves. No file of it is included.
Construction lessons come from giedzinski's Strong Sword (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5781643, CC BY). No file of it is used.
The wand's layout, a pommel, a ringed grip, a collar and a twisting fluted shaft joined by a pin at the collar, follows "Spiral Magic Wand" by G.Zeus (https://www.printables.com/model/632306), licensed CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Its shapes are my own and no file of it is used.
