About the design
A small, very fast pylon racer of my own design, modelled in Blender. A long pointed spinner sits flush with the cowl, a low bubble canopy fairs into the turtledeck, and the tapered wing with raked tips joins the slim fuselage through smooth root fillets. The airframe prints in Bambu PLA Aero, a PLA that foams as it prints and weighs about half as much. The wing panels and the stabiliser print in spiral vase mode. It flies on a 2306 quad motor, a 40 A ESC and a 4S pack, with three nano servos. Not a plane for a first flight.

Kept from it: a pylon racer of about 720 mm span with a tapered wing, ailerons and an elevator on three nano servos, a 5 x 3 mm carbon spar, a 2306-class motor with a 4.7 x 4.7 prop on 4S, and an airframe printed in foaming PLA. The airframe is my own design, and no geometry of the author's is used.
